ACCEPTABLE USE / ANTI-SPAM POLICY:

ScamXposer.com does not tolerate Spam of any sort and will pursue any parties that involve us in Spam allegations. The Internet community does not tolerate Spam and it is our goal to minimize the impact of Spam on the net. Spam is not a valid marketing method.

What it is:

Spam is defined as any unsolicited electronic communication to another party via the Internet. This includes E-mail, Newsgroups, IRC (Internet Relay Chat), FTP, and any other method of unsolicited communication. Even in the case of solicited mass communication, we require any senders of such information to include information for unsubscribing and removal from the list. Don’t involve us in Spam. If you are one of our resellers do not advertise this via Spam.

What we will do:

Spam is not tolerated among users of the Internet. We will pursue those that use our name, or resources to Spam in any way, shape, or form. This type of activity causes damage to the companies involved and all of the companies that we deal with are ready to bend over backward to help us catch spammers and make them stop.

Any impact of Spam marketing that is felt by us will be dealt with in the following ways:

Blacklisting: When you are caught Spamming, you will be blacklisted, your name will be submitted to any appropriate entities, including law enforcement, and you will not be allowed to sell or resell any of our products or services. You will be removed from any of our programs of which you are a member.

Forfeiture of Commission: Any commissions that you may have received will be forfeited upon being caught Spamming.

Fine: We also will assess a $300 fine to help cover any losses that we may experience from Spamming.

Specifications:

Use of any name owned by ScamXposer.com, to engage in the activities of unsolicited electronic communication is prohibited.

Use of any ScamXposer.com-owned resources for the creation or proliferation of unsolicited electronic communications is prohibited.

No reselling of our products by the use of unsolicited electronic communications is allowed.

No use of software, services, or other third-party solutions to market anything related to us with unsolicited electronic communications.

No use of our name or resources or properties in any activity that is illegal in any way. This includes both Federal and State law regarding Spam or unsolicited electronic communications.

Don’t try to weasel around this; anything that damages our company is covered in this.

ScamXposer.com believes in a policy of no censorship, either to or from our systems, UNLESS the information transmitted is illegal or is clearly used for fraud.

These are just a few of our specifications; more may be added to this list.

Other Items of Internet Use:

Security: ScamXposer.com actively and automatically monitors all of our systems for attempts at breaching our security or the security of our customers, or attempts to access systems or resources that are not available for customers to use or access. This is commonly known as “hacking” or “cracking”. Any attempt to access or modify unauthorized computer system information or to interfere with normal system operations, whether on the equipment of ScamXposer.com or of any computer system or network that is accessed by our services, will result in immediate and permanent cancellation of your account and may also lead to other legal proceedings against you.

You must not infringe on any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy. You must not violate any law, statute, ordinance, or regulation. You must not be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening, or unlawfully harassing. The information you transmit should not be obscene or contain child pornography or any otherwise illegal pornographic or indecent material. The information you transmit must not intentionally contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept, or expropriate any system, data, or personal information.
