Complete Cash System found at completecashsystem.com is a cash gifting scheme.
Regardless of what many marketers will tell you, there is no such thing as a legal cash gifting program… period.
This is without exception!
I’ve spoken with many people involved in programs like this that are convinced that this and others like it are legal operations.

I can assure you, they are most certainly not.
When you try to find information about Complete Cash System’s website it’s hidden by a proxy so you can’t find their address, phone numbers, or owners.
If you don’t think that’s a red flag now, you will after they have your money for nothing in return.
They’re not necessarily hiding that information from you, they are hiding it from law enforcement.
This is because cash gifting is illegal!
The 1 marketing page has a vague video full of hype.
And offers no real description of what you would be doing to make those large sums of money with the program.
They claim their system is about sending gifts to one another.
But again, there are no details of how it really works or how much it really costs for everything in this cash gifting program.
There are so many complaints registered online regarding cash gifting that they are too numerous to count here.
But I will convey the most frequently noted issues many members have had with the Complete Cash System gifting program.

Their traffic is nothing to speak of so it does not live up to the hype that they throw around in their video presentation.
Most complain that very few people are interested in the Complete Cash System so they inevitably lose all the money they invested in the scheme.
The people that sell this could care less if you ever make any money with it.

Of course, the new program they are running will not give you any credit for the $1,000s you paid into the last one.
The websites people receive are clones so everybody is competing with each other with the same exact generic duplicate sites.

However, that’s exactly what they will get if they do this.
Complete Cash System gets members to focus on getting more recruits into their group as there isn’t anything to sell.
If you hear terms like “pledge” or “receive”… run!
The government sees right through these apparent legitimate programs.
Complete Cash System has 3 levels.
Starting at level 1 with $1,500 on up to level 3 with $7,500.
To join, you have to be brought in by invitation only.
This by-invitation-only thing is to help them skirt law enforcement but it’s easy enough to find a random member’s ID number to use to get in.
Going straight to their homepage will welcome you with a generic, you must be referred by someone, notice.
If you go straight to the main website without a referral link, you get the following error:
“This program is available by invitation only. Please get back to the person who invited you and ask them for their sign-up link”.
You must agree to get a call from your sponsor who you will then send cash as a “gift” after you choose the level you’re going into.
After joining they assign you a website that you have to pay a fee of $34.95 per month with a one-time $25 setup fee added to that.
Complete Cash System claims the website and system you get will supposedly help you get more members under you.
But so far many people who joined have complained that it’s pretty useless.
If by some chance you are able to bring others in you only get paid at the level you joined.
So even if your referrals start at a higher level you only get the $250.
However, if you happen to join at level 3, with $7,500 and nobody joins you at that level you will lose all your money.
The only product provided is the website which really isn’t even a product.
Complete Cash System figured they can get away with the cash gifting model because they think that giving gifts to others is legal, therefore this must be legal.
This is absolutely false logic… and they certainly know better.
Cash gifting schemes are very illegal in all 50 states as well as most other countries.
Sure, yes, if you give someone a monetary gift, that is 100% legal…
Duh.
But this is definitely not what’s going on in a cash gifting program scheme like this.
Anyone running a cash gifting scam will tell you that you can receive up to $14,000 per year (per IRS tax code) without having to pay taxes on that gift.
And they would be correct.
The IRS doesn’t care if the money you make is from ill-gotten gains, they just want the tax money.
The law enforcement part is the FBI’s job.
However, that has absolutely nothing to do with this gifting activity being legal or not.

What is considered a gift?
“Any transfer to an individual, either directly or indirectly, where full consideration (measured in money or money’s worth) is not received in return”.
So… a gift is only considered a gift when someone gives something of value to someone else and expects absolutely NOTHING else in return for it.
Even if it’s from a different person within a network such as how cash gifting programs work.
The money doesn’t have to go back to the same person, it just has to be from anyone in that network.
So, a gift isn’t a gift if there is an expectation of gains attached to it.
That act (receiving money yourself after you gift to someone else) negates it from ever being a gift in the first place.
In this cash gifting scheme (or any other for that matter), no one would ever give you a gift unless they themselves would be in a position to receive a gift as well… right?
There would be no point for them to do any of this otherwise… right?
The entire point of a cash gifting program is to make far more than you’ve spent to get in.
There is a U.S. Postal Code that says anyone who sends money through the mail for cash gifting scheme purposes will be fined and/or imprisoned for mail fraud.
This is a very serious offense.
Cash gifting programs in any form whatsoever are not a legal, legitimate way to make money online from home.
The Complete Cash System gifting program is an illegal activity scam that you should have absolutely nothing to do with.
