Your Income Formula Review
by David Harris
The Your Income Formula opportunity is from Coach Josh and found at yourincomeformula.com.
The income statements or checks you saw in yourincomeformula.com videos are definitely not typical of what members see after they join.
In this or any other business venture, most will make little or nothing at all.
They do mention this in their disclaimers though.
Just because they do the work of closing the sales for you does not guarantee that you will earn anything with this.
There are no guarantees of any kind with this.
However, this is not surprising as there isn’t a guarantee of success with any business venture that I’ve ever seen.
Your Income Formula system is a very expensive business opportunity providing very little apparent value in return for the products they offer.
The total of 43 products listed across all the product levels is only worth a small fraction of what Your Income Formula is charging for them.
Many of the listed digital products I reviewed are relatively old, some were 5 to 10 years old.
I mention this because the Internet moves fast and a lot of information can become outdated very quickly.
This is probably why they barely talk about the value of the products and what you can get out of them.
There really isn’t a whole lot of value there that I could find.
They mostly talk about how much money you can make with them selling this program for you and that’s pretty much it.
Watch the YourIncomeFormula.com videos again, where exactly are they talking about how great the products are?
I couldn’t find the products specifically mentioned anywhere in the sales video.
Your Income Formula is not a network marketing or MLM business so there are no levels or downlines to speak of.
I would view that as a positive.
So, that also means there is no residual income or passive income component to this either.
At least, not for you there isn’t.
However, the coaches are a different story as they get the orphaned commissions you and everyone else is not qualified to receive.
Although they say that they will close all of your sales for you, you will still need to get your own prospects or leads.
So… how exactly will you get leads or prospects for them to close for you?
This is, of course, not free nor easy to do on your own either.
And this is much more additional debt that you will need to take on just to get this started.
The lead or prospect generation is entirely up to you.
You can however purchase leads directly from Your Income Formula from their advertising co-op for a fee.
I’ve heard of lead prices in the $1 to $10 range each offered with this.
That is actually not unreasonable depending on the quality of the traffic and the leads it generates.
This is what most people that join this income opportunity will end up deciding to go with.
It would make sense to ask them where they are generating the traffic you will be receiving from them.
I mention this because the traffic they offer may change from time to time so you will want to know what you are paying for when you’re paying for it.
There is a big difference between getting high-quality traffic from Youtube as opposed to something like email leads that may have been around for a decade.
Don’t assume the traffic will be from the same advertising sources where you found out about this.
Most people that have contacted me about this found out about this on Youtube, as did I.
Some questions you may want to ask them might be…
Is the traffic you are offering from the same Youtube videos where I found out about this?
What is the lead to conversion ratio like with the traffic you provide?
Will I be able to gain access to the leads that I paid for with you?
If not, why not?
How long will it take for my account to receive all the traffic I paid for with you?
Do the leads come in over a long period of time or does it all come in 1 day?
How long does it take to get paid my portion of the sales I make?
What is the actual name of the company behind all of this?
Is it “Member Builders”?
If so, is there contact information I can get from you about Member Builders?
Do you accept credit cards on all product levels?
If not, why not?
Why do you only accept cash and cashier’s checks?
Is this to prevent chargebacks?
So there is no recourse or way to get my money back if I decide this is not for me?
I would start with these questions at the very least.
There is a very big difference between gross and net income.
Making $10,000 from this sounds great unless you have to spend $11,000 worth in leads to get there.
It’s certainly not about how much you make, it’s all about how much you keep.
Where does Your Income Formula talk about the costs involved in making those commission checks they keep showing you?
I watched the videos and read the information multiple times and I haven’t seen it anywhere.
Now, what about these way overpriced products in the Your Income Formula I mentioned at the beginning of this review?
Where’s the value in these astronomically priced information products?
Here are the 4 product package levels and associated costs:
$3,000 Gold Level + $247 admin fee = $3,247
$7,000 Platinum Level + $447 admin fee = $7,447
$14,000 Diamond Level + $647 admin fee = $14,647
$21,000 Ultra Royal + $847 admin fee = $21,847
The sales that the success coach makes for you will pay you $1,500 up to $15,750 – 50% up to 75%.
Every one of Your Income Formula’s products is actually only $7.99 (or less) at the Private Label Rights website PLR Products found at PLRProducts.com.
People are not buying into this because of the great value they are getting out of what they paid for.
They are joining this so they can in turn resell this same exact package of digital products themselves for huge profits.
This is exactly what I mean about Your Income Formula just being a pay-to-play money game.
But again, what’s the actual value I’m getting for that humongous $21,847?
Here’s a sample of Your Income Formula’s “high dollar” products…
The Total Ultra Royal Package which includes 43 products is priced at $21,847.
“Ultra Royal Package” sure sounds impressive & very expensive.
The following is the first product listed in that package:
Viral Marketing Warrior.
This is the image of this PLR product on Your Income Formula…
This same product is retailed for $7.99 on PLR Products.
Go to PLRProducts.com and see for yourself.
Just do a search for Viral Marketing Warrior or any of the others listed along with it.
The rest of the products listed on Your Income Formula are all $7.99 from PLR Products as well.
I even found a lot of these same PLR products on other websites for only $5.00 each.
These PLR products all include resell rights which is how Your Income Formula got them for resale themselves in the first place.
So, does it sound like good business sense to overpay by 10s of $1000s for the same products you can buy elsewhere for $5.00 to $7.99 each?
I didn’t think so.
Now back to what I said at the beginning of the review…
Those 43 products across all packages come out to a total of (43 X $7.99) $343.57.
So yes, that means you get $343.57 of value (or less) for $21,847.00 spent!
Remember, regardless of what anyone says, you are not guaranteed to make any sales or income with this.
How much will you spend on advertising before you give up if you are not seeing any sales come in?
Yeah again, this is why I said that Your Income Formula is nothing more than a money game.
This is pretty much along the same lines as those gifting programs that give you nothing at all for your money.
This sure doesn’t stop people from doing these.
Actually, some of the people behind those gifting programs decided to make their gifting programs “legal” by adding “products”.
And started up all of these extremely low-value PLR product programs instead of another illegal gifting program.
But wait… there’s more…
If you act within 48 hours as an “Action Taker”…
Join at the $21,000 Level and earn 75% commissions instead of 50% commissions!
On top of all of this, they try to convince you to go into massive debt in order to join at the highest levels.
They will suggest getting a loan for the level that you want to join at.
If you qualify and get the loan, you are then instructed to send a cashier’s check to them by overnight mail.
If all this doesn’t work out for you, you will still need to send a monthly payment to your bank on that loan for years and years to come.
Most members will never make anything, but they only show you the ones that did…
Although this seems very tempting with them closing all the sales for you, it is something that I would certainly not do myself.
This one is technically not a scam as there are actual products.
This one is listed as Not Recommended with only a half-star rating.
Thanks for reading our Your Income Formula review.
