Get Paid to Draw Review
by David Harris
“Get Paid to Draw”, by Jules Camber and found at getpaidtodraw.com, is a slightly different type of affiliate program than we usually review. It involves your art and photography.
There are several caveats about Get Paid to Draw. First, I believe that if you are going to work for a company, paying $34.95 to join is a questionable practice.
At best, you are paying Get Paid to Draw for tutorials and tips on how to enter the internet world of art sales if you’re new to the business.
Also provided is a how-to on going through directories to companies looking for artists, which, if you really do your own due diligence, can be found for free online and phonebooks.
Once you enter Get Paid to Draw, you will find that the sites they do middleman work for can be accessible on the internet for free.
In the art world, you have an agent who sells your pieces and they only get a commission after the sale of your work. You don’t pay them beforehand.
Making money with Get Paid to Draw has proven to be difficult at best. They have failed to provide disclosure on successful users’ proof of payment, so you are left taking them at their word.
All that said on the part of the art side of Get Paid to Draw, our job is to determine whether this Clickbank product is worth becoming an affiliate for.
As an affiliate, you don’t need to be an artist in order to sell the product. Get Paid to Draw compensation plan involves a commission after you make 5 sales, each time making $75 paid directly into your Paypal account.
The challenge is that Get Paid to Draw is filled with much hype on how much you can earn. The disclaimers say otherwise.
Read the disclosures, terms, etc. They are more truthful and in many cases repudiate the sales page claims, but at least you can get your money back through Clickbank if you’re not satisfied.
Be careful of getting pressured into buying upsells. Those are not covered by Clickbank’s refund policy and could end up being costly for nothing in return.
Make sure, before you buy anything like Get Paid to Draw, that they will not sell your personal information to third party clients that would end up spamming you like crazy.
In closing, Get Paid to Draw does not do much to help you actually get paid for your art, and selling this as an affiliate is a tough sell.
You have to lack a conscience in taking advantage of unsuspecting artists looking to be in business, to make money with this product.
Although it is not exactly a scam, I cannot in good conscience recommend Get Paid to Draw.
